How do I place an order?
Browse our Shop, then message us on Instagram or Facebook with the piece you'd like. We'll confirm availability and send a secure Stripe payment link to complete your order. You can also reach us through our Contact page.
How do I care for my VELARÉ bonnet?
Hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle with cold water and mild detergent. Air dry recommended. Do not bleach, tumble dry, or iron directly over embroidery. See our FAQ or product packaging for full details.

What are your shipping options?
We ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Shipping details will be confirmed when you place your order.

We want you to love your VELARÉ. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
